Many of us have lost our sense of fun. I asked one of my friend how they define fun. Some say going to a party or meet some of friends and watch movies, some says eat the food whenever they feel. But fun doesn’t have to be that complicated. Having fun doesn’t need to cost money. And it also doesn’t have to last for hours or days. The benefits are too powerful to ignore: it takes you away from your responsibilities for a few minutes, refreshes you and makes you more productive and organized.
Put it to work. If you’re worried that you’ve forgotten how to play, think back to childhood. What did you love to do when you were still a kid? What flavor of the ice cream you always asked with your mom? What kind of toy you want to play? For my friend Danny, a fun afternoon is spent browsing at antiques store for favorite games and small cars he played with as a child.
